From creamy wraps to crunchy power bowls, here’s how to turn your Dipeat favourites into delicious moments.

Quick to make, fun to eat — no chef hat required.

 


 

 

🔥  Stuffed Mini Peppers

You’ll need: Mini sweet peppers, Dipeat Spicy Feta Dip, crumbled feta, chili flakes, (optional) parsley & a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

How to:

 

  1. Halve peppers lengthways and remove seeds.

  2. Spoon in Spicy Feta.

  3. Top with crumbled feta and a pinch of chili flakes.

  4. Optional: grill 3–5 min to warm and blister.

  5. Finish with parsley and a light drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.


 

 


 

 

🌿Fava Mezze (Warm or Cold)

 

You’ll need: Dipeat Yellow Split Fava Dip, capers, thinly sliced red onion, dried oregano, lemon, extra virgin olive oil.

How to:

  1. Warm Fava 2–3 mins on medium heat (or until just hot).

  2. Spread onto a plate, creating a small well in the center.

  3. Top with red onion and capers.

  4. Sprinkle oregano, squeeze lemon, and drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Serve with warm pita or seed crackers.

 

 

 


 

 🍆 Aubergine Smash Toast

 

You’ll need: Sourdough or wholegrain bread, Dipeat Smoky Aubergine Dip, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, (optional) poached or hard-boiled egg.

How to:

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.

  2. Spread a thick layer of Smoky Aubergine Dip.

  3. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.

  4. Add a drizzle of olive oil.

  5. Optional: finish with a poached or hard-boiled egg for extra protein.

 


 

🥗  Hummus Power Bowl

You’ll need: Dipeat Houmous, sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, mixed greens, olive oil, lemon, dried herbs, salt & pepper.

How to:

  1. Roast sweet potato cubes: toss with olive oil, salt & pepper; bake at 200 °C for 18–22 mins.

  2. Steam or roast broccoli until tender.

  3. Toss greens with a squeeze of lemon, a little olive oil, salt & pepper.

  4. Plate greens, tomatoes, sweet potato, and broccoli; add a big spoon of Houmous in the center.

  5. Sprinkle dried herbs and serve as a balanced, colourful meal.

 


🌿 Cracker Platter (Snack Attack)

Perfect for guests — or just yourself.

You’ll need:
Dipeat Seed Crackers, your favourite toppings (sweet or savoury), olive oil, herbs & spices to taste.

How to:

  1. Choose your base – Lay out your Dipeat Seed Crackers on a plate or board.

  2. Pick your flavour – Try creamy houmous, smashed avocado with feta, almond butter with berries, smoked salmon, or fresh goat cheese with tomato.

  3. Add freshness – Top with herbs, a drizzle of olive oil, or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavour.

  4. Mix it up – Go savoury for a light meal or snack, or sweet for a wholesome treat.

  5. Enjoy – A crunchy, nutrient-packed bite made with only seeds and lots of love ❤️

👉 Arrange everything on a board. Dip. Crunch. Repeat.
